Ethel's 91st birthday

We gathered together and had cake today. Momma is still enjoying her life at the assisted living apartments here in San Angelo.

She worked and played hard.
It was great to have her with us.

Final look

In less than a month Raymond has really cleaned up the old chicken houses.

The tin chicken house is on the right side of this picture.

Now the work has been done.

We can see the crop north of the house.

More changes

When Bill was young, he and a cousin made concrete blocks for a chicken house here at the farmhouse. Last year the roof was about gone and a wind caused the blocks to fall.

Raymond has hired a backhoe and a dump truck to remove the rubble.

7 loads later, the concrete floor is remaining and the place looks better.
