Happy 40th anniversary

What a special night. The maitri'd Carmen, and server Savannah planned a special surprise for us tonight.
A cake with " Happy Anniversary"
written in chocolate.




Then a bouquet of red and yellow roses was brought to me.
In our room champagne waited with chocolate dipped strawberries.

we saw the ship wreck museum and they had the bell from the Edmund Fitzgerald as their memorial to the last major loss.

Tahquamenon Falls, MI

The tannin from the trees causes the water to look like root beer. This waterfall is in a Michigan State park. Hemlock and sugar maple trees create a dense forest.
