Today our good friend, Ben Sargent, came over to help Raymond wait for the delivery truck.
They set their chairs in the door of the barn so they could look toward the road.
This was 12:00.
At 4:15, the truck pulled up to the gate.
Ben and Raymond peered into the truck so they could get
their first glimpse of "the scooter".
After getting the cardboard and wood shipping frame off, Raymond
went to work getting the handlebars in position and the windshield attached.
They lifted the scooter off the wood frame and onto the pavement.
BIG smiles for their good first look at this new toy.
Raymond rode the California Scooter and was very pleased with his new ride.
This is a California Scooter that was custom made in La Verne, CA.
This is a replica of the Mustang scooters which were made in the 1960's.
