Reagan's baptism

We attended Prestonwood Baptist Church with Rhonda, Jason,

Rylee, and Reagan, Kathy, Ashley, and Ryan, Laura, Skylar, and Kaelyn

for the 9:00am service. Reagan was baptized at the beginning of the service.

Then the church observed the Lord's Supper as part of the worship.

A perfect time to see God's blessings.

Now we play more! Raymond loves to hear Reagan giggle as she rides.

New paint and carpet at the farm

We have spent 8 days in having the farmhouse painted and new carpeting.
Lots of work but wonderful results.

Another year together to celebrate Momma's birthday. 

At 92, she is still living alone: paying her bills, cooking, and

doing her own medicine. 

I hope to be as thrifty when I am older.

Raymond's Upgrade

 Raymond's California Scooter came with a 150cc motor.
It wasn't long before he began to want

 "More Power".

The company now has a 250cc motor to replace the old one.
ASAP, Raymond had the old motor off.

And with Ben Sargent's help, the new one in place.

First successful ride put a smile on Raymond's face.

Finished product. (Yes, I did get some grease and gas on me too.)

Rhonda told me having the girls help is like "brushing your teeth while eating Oreos".

Yet, what better way to enjoy their visit.

Back to sweeping but what fun they had.

Ho! Ho! Ho!

Christmas came early this year for Raymond and I. "Santa" delivered his V8 sign last week and we got it hung in the garage. He has tried for years to win a sign like this at the Early V8 tour. Bobbie and I gave him this one for his gift this year.
He was thrilled.
